During this course we focus on how you can reap the benefits of effective instruction and use it to lift the combination to a whole new level. We explain the theory and guide you through exercises to optimize teaching. A good trainer motivates riders and helps them to acquire the right skills and experience.
To become a great coach you need to have a lot to offer. A good riding technique, rider fitness and horsemanship are aspects that are important. You probably know that it takes a lot to guide your pupil in a proper way and you constantly need to keep your knowledge and skills up to date during your career as a professional trainer. Practicing, discussing and thinking about the effect. How do you become a great coach? Why is one more successful than the other? Why are you keep thinking about one but did you totally forgot about the other? You will learn about didactics, about teaching and you will experience what is effective and what not.
